Key Deliverables

 

As an Associate Minister, you will preferably be a current member or minister of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, completed the RCCG workers-in-training, school of disciples, and bible school courses. 

You will support the lead pastor and take full responsibility for all technical and media related tasks across the church services and community expressions. You will also lead the “Church in Your Home” project (a key church project) which is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2023.

 

Key Responsibilities

You will:

·       Support the Lead pastor and Head of Administration to plan and deliver all church services, events and community expressions.

·       Develop and implement strategy for the launch of “Church in Your Home” project.

·       Work in partnership with the Head of Outreach and take responsibility for all technical and media requirements.

·       Manage all audio-visual media production requirement for services and events. 

·       Be responsible for the live streaming of church services 

·       Be responsible for the creation of short clips that can be published on our social media pages.

·       Be responsible for the running of all virtual services (e.g., mid-week services via the church Zoom platform)

·       Lead and manage technical supports requirements for the set-up and set-down of hybrid services.

·       Develop and manage status record of Church equipment

·       Support in developing and managing Church reports

·       Participate in identifying and evaluating Church growth initiatives/opportunities, explore and harness them for expected benefits

 

Qualifications

  • RCCG Workers in Training (preferred)
  • RCCG Bible College (preferred)
  • RCCG School of Disciples (preferred)
  • Media or IT qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years + experience as a worker/steward in a bible believing church
  • Experience creating audio-visual content for use on social media as well as published on YouTube
  • Experience producing short videos for publicity
  • Experience leading home groups
  • Experience leading and managing teams
